PBC is pleased to announce the completion of a new multi-tenant outparcel building located within Rio Pinar Plaza, a shopping center located on the southeast corner of Lake Underhill Road and Chickasaw Trail in Orlando, Florida. The shopping center, anchored by Publix and Planet Fitness, features a mix of strong national and local restaurants and retailers.
PBC was selected by Woolbright, one of the largest acquirers and top 10 private owners of retail real estate in Florida, to construct the 6,000 (+/-) sq. ft. retail/restaurant outparcel shell with complete site preparation and build-out package, as well as underground utilities and paving. The shell building, featuring four individual tenant spaces including an end unit with drive-thru for Starbucks, is constructed of concrete block, structural steel and bar joists, and has a heat-reflective and energy efficient TPO roofing system. The exterior finish is stucco with banding. Decorative columns and storefront standing seam metal canopies add aesthetic quality and architectural flare to create a unique and modern entryway for the new retail building.
